Client A leading American multinational manufacturer of semiconductor components for automotive companies in China
Objective(s) The client needed assistance in filling a highly specialized position in China. 
Project Our client had been searching for a suitable Senior Quality Director (SQD) for over a year with no success, and eventually turned to JLJ’s Recruitment Services for assistance. The position required a very specialized skill set and broad experience in both automotive manufacturing and semiconductor assembly & testing industries – a generally rare talent combination, especially so in China.
   
After activating its broad China and overseas network, JLJ found a suitable candidate in Singapore. With an excellent reputation for designing Quality Management programs specifically catered to the needs of automotive clients, he was the ideal candidate for our client. The candidate relocated to China two months after interviewing to start work.
