Result: The client set up a representative office in Shanghai, finding and hiring key staff through JLJ. Later, JLJ provided clients with tax & accounting services.

JLJ provided setup advisory services to the client, developing a suitable investment structure and tax optimization plan through offshore holdings. After analyzing their current needs, JLJ recommended that the client establish a representative office to engage in marketing and business development activities in China. In addition, JLJ assisted the client in developing an effective HR management system.
Result: The client initially set up a representative office, designed an HR system compliant with Chinese labor laws, and recruited key staff with JLJ’s assistance. They later restructured into a Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprise (WFOE), again through JLJ, increasing their commitment to the China market.
